This Privacy Policy describes the type of personal data that The Right Dot LTD, registered in 25 Vitosha, 1000, Sofia, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as “TRD” and / or “Controller” and / or “We”)  as a controller of personal data collects for you, the purposes, the grounds, the ways of their processing, as well as your rights regarding the processing of your personal data.

This policy is prepared in accordance with the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – General Regulation on Personal Data Protection and the Personal Data Protection Act.

 “Controller” in the sense of this policy means the legal entity that has determined the purposes and means of personal data processing, resp. this is TRD.

“Data subject” means a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by an identifier.

The personal data that we collect and process when registering and when you order goods from us are:

  • Names – the purposes of that process is in order to identify you;

TRD respects and preserves the confidentiality of your personal data. 

In order to be able to offer you only quality services, we outsource some activities to external suppliers who have extensive experience, but following with the compliance with legal requirements. Third parties to whom we disclose personal data may be private organizations or public authorities. When disclosing data to government agencies, we fulfill our legal obligations.
